Summary
The role
You'll provide visible, proactive leadership on-site, helping team members work safely and efficiently while meeting legal requirements. You'll also play a key role in delivering NRW's emergency response to flood and environmental incidents, ensuring our assets and communities are protected when it matters most.
You'll take ownership of on-site logistics-from coordinating materials and equipment to ensuring plant is operated safely and maintained appropriately. Supporting the Team Leader, you'll help identify development needs and ensure staff are trained and capable for the tasks assigned.
You'll also build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contractors, support budget management, and be empowered to address performance issues when needed. This role is vital to the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible delivery of NRW's work on the ground.

The role is central to the effective management of NRW assets, including flood risk infrastructure and land under NRW's care. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our assets are safe, compliant, and resilient-contributing directly to our organisational goals and the communities we serve
