Location: Market Drayton Leisure CentreWorking Hours: 15 contracted hours per week
Here at Shropshire Community Leisure trust our will be to inspire our members to achieve their goals, deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions and have the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of our exercise equipment. At all times you will help create a community orientated environment building clubs within clubs and always deliver excellent customer service.
You will be part of an expert team of Health and Fitness Professionals who report directly into the Health & Fitness Manager.
What you'll need to do the role
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
Your will duties will include:
- Delivery of our Signature Fitness Programmes
- Tracking Client Progress
- Health & Fitness Evaluations
- Onboarding New Members
- Demonstrating/Exercise Instruction
- Personal Training Services
- Group Training (Studio and Gym Based)
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Being committed to ongoing Learning and Development
It is essential that you have a level 2 Fitness instruction for you to be considered for this role.
Level 3 Personal Trainer (Preferable but not essential)
