About the Role:
As the Lead Activities Coordinator, you'll lead our wellness initiatives, focusing on planning, designing, and delivering diverse activities that inspire fulfillment in our residents' lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Create stimulating activities that match residents' interests, such as music, arts and crafts, community visits, and exercise.
- Update care plans, manage communications with external providers, and encourage lifestyle choices and team spirit.
- Support Cambridge Manor's leadership team to uphold outstanding care standards.

- Experience in leading a team to organize complex activities and events.
