Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an internal candidate to become the EYFS room lead at Oasis Academy Warndon.About the Role:As EYFS Room Lead, you will:Oversee the day-to-day running of an EYFS room, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.Support and mentor practitioners, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding policies.Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Essential Requirements:Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).Experience of room leadership in a childcare or learning setting.Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Desirable:Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.Experience delivering intervention programmes.Thrive Practitioner status.Our Ethos:At Oasis Academy Warndon, we are committed to raising aspirations, unlocking potential, and nurturing confident and competent individuals.
