Summary
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for mental health transformation programmes across Gloucestershire. Drive service redesign and workforce modernisation, embedding best practice and innovation. Collaborate with NHS, VCSE, and local authority partners to deliver integrated care solutions. Oversee programme planning, delivery, and assurance, ensuring outcomes meet system-wide objectives. Lead stakeholder engagement, including service users and carers, to ensure inclusive and co-produced approaches. Report progress to executive teams and system boards, maintaining transparency and accountability.
