Pay: SO2 (scp 29-32) £39,862 to £42,839 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking to appoint two Building Control Surveyors (one full-time, one part-time) to join our Building Control Team.

The post holders will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.

You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a (minimum) Building Inspector, and have a relevant degree and a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Building Control section.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
