Job description:
Social Care & Education are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our expanding team in Leicestershire.
You must have CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training for this role
The Role:
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Providing personal care and emotional support.
Assisting with daily living tasks
Promoting community engagement through activities and outings.
Maintaining accurate records and following support plans.
Contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
CPI certified (essential).
UK based experience supporting adults in a similar role.
Compassionate, resilient and a strong team player.
Confident communicator.
Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
