Summary

Neway International are seeking a Best Start in Life Family Hub Support Officer (Admin & Clerical) to join our client based with Rutland County Council.

Location: Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP
Hours: 37 per week
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Duration: Initially for 6 months likely to be extended

The Role
As a Family Hub Support Officer, you will play a key role in the development phase of the Best Start in Life Family Hub offer. This position is central to preparing the Local Authority to deliver the Family Hub from April 2026. You will work closely with a small project group and the Programme Manager, supporting the creation of systems and processes that underpin the delivery of services for families across Rutland.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development phase of the Family Hub offer.

Set up and maintain processes to track and collate data effectively.

Record, monitor, and report on information to support project delivery.

Work collaboratively with the Health & Community Wellbeing team and project group.

Provide administrative support to ensure readiness for service launch in April 2026.

Candidate Requirements
Experienced in data reporting systems.

Skilled at setting up and maintaining systems and processes.

Strong ability to track and manage information and data.

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Passionate about supporting the residents of Rutland.
