Summary
To provide strategic planning and management of the product portfolio, guiding the development and lifecycle of products to ensure they meet user needs, enhance the digital experience and align with the University's strategy.
To work collaboratively with our global user community and the DLS Application Development, Data Engineering and Database Administrator (DBA) services and the Change Management and Project Support Team, ensuring effective and timely communication of Product roadmaps, plans, requirements, developments and change impacts.
Postholders will be expected to operate within a matrix management structure to provide the flexibility to meet varying project demands and a fast pace of change.
