IT Field Service Technician | Field-based role covering the South Coast, ideally suited to candidates based in or around Southampton | Full Time | £26,000 – £30,000 pa
Established for over 20 years, our client provides end-to-end store systems support for retailers with multiple sites throughout the UK and beyond.
The position will be field-based and will involve some weekend work in order to meet customer demands.
Hours of work
75 hours per fortnight, Monday to Saturday week one and Tuesday to Friday week two. Alternate Sundays on-call on a paid overtime basis.
The exact working hours will be flexible in order to meet customer demands; however start time is no later than 08:00 daily unless otherwise arranged.

What will your role look like?
As an IT Field Service Technician, you will:
• Attend client sites to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair retail systems
• Carry out system installations and network fault-finding
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting SLA timeframes
• Complete worksheets, timesheets and expenses accurately and promptly
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues
• Comply with all company health & safety standards
