Summary

IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join our client's team in Thriplow. Ongoing work that may lead to a possible permanent position following a successful trial period. Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm. Pay £15.00-£18.00 (DOE)

The role will involve:

* Leading and supervising a production line team

* Producing potato, vegetable, and extruded snacks to company standards

* Ensuring production targets and schedules are met

* Maintaining communication between Low Care, High Care and Packing

* Monitoring equipment and reporting issues to the Production Manager

* Completing all required paperwork accurately

* Upholding hygiene, safety, and quality procedures

* Following "clean as you go" standards

* Wearing and enforcing correct PPE

Details:

* Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour based on experience

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
