Summary

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Production Line Operatives for our client's expanding manufacturing site. No previous experience needed as full training provided. Excellent night shift hours, weekly pay, and potential permanent opportunities.

Pay & Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday

• Nights: 18:00-06:00

• £14.23 per hour (including night premium)

• Overtime available -

£17.08 - After 40 hours (21:00-06:00)
£14.96 - After 40 hours (06:00-21:00)

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for Production Line Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team. Duties may include operating semi-automated machinery, handling chemicals, carrying out copper bonding on PCB panels, operating CNC machines to rout finished circuit boards from mother panels, supporting test/inspection processes, and working with resin during the fill stage. Full training is provided, and successful candidates may be offered permanent positions after a trial period.
