Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and inquiries
Monitor and report on customer feedback to enhance service quality
Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficient in using computer software and management systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.34
