Summary
This job description outlines current duties and responsibilities; however, it is subject to review and amendment in the light of developing or changing services and as part of the annual Individual Performance Development Review. Working in Cardiology ward under the supervision of registered staff. - Contribute to the smooth running of the defined clinical area - To assist in meeting service delivery targets. - As well as having excellent organizational and people skills, requires staff to be flexible to meet our service delivery. - Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work. - Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with the multi disciplinary team and respect equality and diversity of each and every person. - Uphold dignity and privacy of patients at all times - Undertake mandatory training and essential skills training as identified for the role. - Contribute to the development of the clinical area through identifying new ideas to improve patient care/experience.
