ProProperty London (PPL) is looking for organised, confident students to join our team as Freelance Property Inventory Clerks.
You’ll visit rental properties, take photos, record their condition, and create simple digital reports that help landlords and tenants keep things fair and transparent.
It’s flexible, active, and ideal for students who want to earn good money while studying — no two days are ever the same.
What You’ll Do
As a clerk, you will:
Visit rental properties across London
Take clear photos and notes of each room
Record the condition, contents, and cleanliness
Complete check-in, mid-term, and check-out reports
Meet tenants, landlords, and agents professionally
Work independently and manage your own schedule
Training is provided, and support is always available.
