Summary
Full time, permanent based in Poole - working Monday to Friday (07:00 to 15:30), or Sunday to Thursday 15:00 to 23:30 (incl. half an hour paid lunch break).

Report to Production Supervisors, your duties include:
• Responsible for operating production machineries and assemble goods.
• Performing manual handling and repetitive tasks, such as moving goods and cleaning machineries.
• Rewinding, labelling, and packaging of all product lines.
• Mixing and blending of raw materials.
• Helping machine setters and inspecting product quality during the production process.
• Organising goods inward/outward and storage areas.
• Efficient use of equipment and raw materials.
• Ensuring the quality of products are to specification.
• Filling out production documentation
• Die and equipment maintenance.
• Be responsible for working in a safe manner in all production operations.
• Housekeeping in work areas.
• Aid in the continuous improvement of the production area.
• Attend Health and Safety meetings.

• Comply with company QSHE policies and procedures as well as any other QSHE requirements of the role.
