We are looking for highly organised and proactive Team Administrators to join our Independent Reviewing/Child Protection Conferencing Team. This is a vital role supporting the delivery of safeguarding services, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently to protect and promote the welfare of vulnerable individuals.

We are looking to recruit one full time (37 hours) and one part time (18.5 hours per week) working closely with professionals across multiple disciplines. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful applicant will have considerable administrative experience, high speed accurate word-processing skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the public, staff and other agencies on sensitive and complex issues. You will have proven ability in organising meetings and taking accurate minutes on a laptop. You must also be able to operate in a highly confidential and professional manner at all times.
