Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced business in Telford who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Telford
Your new role
You will be working within a small team and duties will include:
- Process invoices l
- Post supplier invoices/credits
- Validate supplier invoices to rate cards
- Highlight issues on supplier invoices and assist in resolution
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with supplier set up procedure, including security bank checks
- Respond to supplier queries
- Work with colleagues internally to resolve queries in a timely manner
- Assist with month end procedures
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/ Purchase Ledger Clerk, who is used to working within a fast paced environment, is good with IT and specifically Excel and who works well within a team
