On behalf of our client, a well-established provider of high-quality residential care for children and young people, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Responsible Individual (RI) to join their leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven senior leader within children’s residential services who is passionate about driving excellence and delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
The RoleThe successful candidate will act as the Responsible Individual across multiple children’s homes, providing strategic oversight and ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards. The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to support and challenge Registered Managers to maintain the highest quality of care.
