Can you confidently advise and manage employee relations casework of a full spectrum of matters which are often complex. If so, we invite you to apply for our temporary role of People Policy and Relations Manager to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

This role plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing proactive employee relations strategies, with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution, policy development, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Your work will directly contribute to fostering an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and early resolution of workplace concerns. You will also support the development of a small team of Advisers, providing guidance and expertise to managers and key stakeholders across the University.
