Main Duties & Tasks Continued You will work within a multi professional framework and work towards individual and team objectives set by evidence based clinical practice, management, education, research and audit. You will support service quality improvement initiatives ensuring patient outcomes are optimised. You will contribute to dietetic, therapy and Trust wide policies, strategies, guidelines, standards and protocols. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, be adaptable and confident to work autonomously and with other members of staff within a supportive team. We expect you to be enthusiastic, motivated, able to evidence continuing professional development and keen to develop yourself and others. You will have line management responsibilities for more junior staff and also provide student training supervision.
