Location


Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Knights Way, Shrewsbury, SY1 3AB.

This is an office-based role, reporting to the HR Generalists and will provide comprehensive support with all administration responsibilities. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for employees at our Head Office and incoming communications to the HR department.

Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in line with our data privacy policies will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the HR Generalist team and wider business in the below key areas:

  • Employee On-boarding and Retention
  • Legal Compliance
  • Diversity
  • Financial Management

Responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping employee records up to date (holidays, timesheets, payroll changes).

  • Preparing monthly payroll updates and run HR reports.

  • Supporting recruitment and training events such as careers fairs.

  • Coordinating annual performance reviews with managers.

  • Delivering HR campaigns (e.g. pensions, employee surveys).

  • Assist with investigations and performance management when needed.

  • Acting as a go‑to expert on HR policies, benefits, and processes.

  • Managing sickness absence and employee communications.



Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • High level of integrity in managing confidential information
  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks in order meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Sound Excel skills and able to manage large amounts of data
  • Commitment to Enterprise and its principles and standards
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make educated decisions
  • Strong, independent work ethic with significant attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently project-manage initiatives from inception to completion
