Summary
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with organisational goals
2. Lead and motivate the advertising team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of performance
3. Manage relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their advertising needs are met effectively
4. Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for campaign development
5. Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels including digital, print, and broadcast media
6. Utilise Salesforce to track campaign performance, manage client information, and generate reports
7. Coordinate with creative teams, media buyers, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
Experience
1. Proven experience in B2B sales within the advertising or marketing sector
2. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
3. Demonstrable leadership experience managing teams or projects in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
5. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is highly desirable
6. Prior experience developing successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels is preferred
