Summary
I am a young male who lives at home with my parents. I require someone to support me at home and in the community. You must be empathic and caring. I need support with going out to the park, at home with my iPad, music and TV. I will need you to provide light meals, I also have toilet need such as changing my pads. I dislike crowds and noise so you must be aware of these things when supporting me and reassure me. I require a wheelchair so you must be fit and strong to support me with it and be able to fit it in your car.
I am non-verbal but can communicate via basic sign language and through making noises.
You must be a car owner/driver with full business class insurance. A fully enhanced DBS is required which will be paid on your behalf.
