The University of St Andrews is seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to lead the allocation and administration of over 4,300 student residential places across 13 sites, plus managed properties in St Andrews. We are seeking someone who can combine operational excellence with outstanding customer care in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

This is a key role within Student Accommodation Services (SAS), part of our Residential and Business Services team, ensuring a smooth and efficient accommodation process that supports student satisfaction and wellbeing.

The accommodation manager:

Oversees the allocation of accommodation for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Manages the end-to-end process from enquiry to allocation, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Supervises and supports a small team, including workload distribution and staff development.
Liaises with students, parents, and colleagues across the University to deliver a seamless experience.
Maintains and develop systems (including Kinetics Management Software) and produce reports for senior management.
