WORKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00
Location: Wath-on-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER

About the Role:
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the key point of control for the day-to-day cleaning operations. Your leadership will ensure that established standard operating procedures are strictly followed, consistently meeting all service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Coach: Effectively lead, coach, and monitor the cleaning services team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
Operational Control: Plan, supervise, and control all daily cleaning activities across the premises.
Staff Management: Oversee shift rotas and work patterns, adjusting staff deployment to meet fluctuating operational needs.
Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for cleaning-related matters, responding promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and complaints.
Hands-on Support: Support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where required, leading by example during busy periods.
Creating a clean, safe, healthy and secure environment for people to work in is vital. Our Facilities Management teams work with some of the most important Government contracts, hospitals and schools. You will be making a difference, enabling and supporting these core businesses.
