Summary

• A willingness to learn core health and safety skills required in facility management
• Flexibility and adaptability to be able to cover the responsibilities within the team
• Physical capacity to work on numerous maintenance and cleaning tasks inside and within the grounds
• The ability to work successfully as a team member establishing effective working relationships and flexible working practices
