Location: Community Diagnostic Centre, Patchway, Bristol Shifts: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM | Flexibility needed through MondaySunday | 4 days per week Free Parking Available Join Our Growing Team at InHealth Were expanding our services and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in an endoscopy setting desirable. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality Endoscopy services at our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol, using a holistic model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients. What Youll Do Assist patients before, during, and after procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programmes to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Support the senior clinical team, supervise and mentor registered and unregistered staff. Participate in the decontamination, traceability, and care of endoscopes and other specialised equipment. Contribute to clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team. About You Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and experience in endoscopy. A team player who is supportive, reliable, and creates a positive atmosphere. Someone who instils confidence in colleagues and patients alike. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and flexible in challenging situations. Excellent communicator written, verbal, and listening skills. Strong time management and organisational skills.
