About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complete box-build systems, integrating electronic, electrical, and mechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Electro-Mechanical Assembler
- Perform box-build assembly including mechanical fitting, PCB integration, cable routing, wiring, and final enclosure build.
- Assemble and install components such as switches, connectors, harnesses, power supplies, and sub-assemblies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
- Use hand tools, torque tools, crimpers, and test equipment.
- Conduct basic electrical checks
- Ensure all builds meet quality, safety, and ESD requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report build progress.
Required Skills & Experience Electro-Mechanical Assembler
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical or electronic assembly (box build assembly preferred).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Skilled in wiring, crimping, mechanical fitting, and working with small components.
- Familiarity with ESD handling and safe working practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
