We are seeking a Talent & Recruitment Partner to join their HR team as the sole talent professional. This is a hands-on role, suited to candidates of all levels with proven recruitment experience, who enjoy end-to-end hiring and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Talent & Recruitment Partner Role:
As the Talent & Recruitment Partner, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function, working closely with HR and hiring managers across the business. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and shaping the talent approach as the company continues to grow.
Talent & Recruitment Partner Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across all levels of the business
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
• Produce and manage job adverts, sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
• Conduct screening, interviews and offer management
• Manage relationships with agencies where required
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
• Support employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
• Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience running full recruitment campaigns independently
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as the sole talent professional
Desirable:
• Experience recruiting across multiple job levels and functions
• Experience working closely with HR teams
