Key Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK or a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT).

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in UK schools.

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with the 0-6 age group (Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1).

  • Proven behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and focused learning environment.

  • Mandatory: Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

  • Mandatory: Must have the Full Right to Work in the UK.

  • A genuine ability to nurture the growth and development of young children.

  • Flexibility to accept various roles, from daily supply to long-term commitments across Wirral.
