We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in Birmingham this January. This hands-on role supports daily production and assembly tasks to ensure our products are manufactured to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and general production duties

• Operate tools and equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment

• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to meet targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar hands-on or production role

• Strong attention to detail and efficient working style

• Good reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
