Kenect Recruitment are seeking reliable Production Operatives for ongoing roles in a busy production facility at Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment offering excellent pay, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Working on a fast-moving production line, packing and preparing products for dispatch
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the process
Assisting with cleaning and general upkeep of the production area
Following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace
Reporting any issues or faults to supervisors promptly
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday, starting at 06:30 AM
Overtime available after 40 hours at an enhanced rate
Sunday work offered at higher pay rates
Weekly pay every Friday for shifts worked Monday to Sunday
Pay Rates:
£12.21 per hour standard rate
£18.46 per hour overtime (after 40 hours)
£24.62 per hour Sunday rate
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in production or factory work preferred but not essential
Comfortable working in chilled environments
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Physically fit to handle manual tasks
Flexible to work overtime when required
