Summary
SEND Teaching Assistant
30 hours per week
8.30-3.00 Monday – Friday, with 30minute break each day
Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2026 due to funding
Term Time Only, plus 2 Inset Days
£24,796 - £25,185 FTE

The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant who shares our commitment to inspiring and empowering every child in our inclusive school. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a love for learning and supporting children to develop confidence, creativity, and resilience.
The successful candidate will: • Be able to inspire children in their learning both within a group and on a 1-1 basis • Be a good team player, who thrives on collaboration • Be committed to inclusion and able to work systematically and flexibly in a busy school • Be an excellent communicator with good presentation skills, both written and verbal • Be passionate about learning and child development.
