Summary
Little Chestnuts Pre-school at Woodmancote School is looking to appoint an outstanding Pre-school Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, energetic, friendly school that prides itself on inclusivity and reflective practice. The successful candidate will:

• Be an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record in pre-school
• Have experience working in EYFS
• Have a Level 2 Early Years qualification, or equivalent
• Have an understanding of the assessment and record keeping needs of an early years setting
• Be warm and approachable in order to work alongside families effectively to ensure children settle into education
• Make learning fun, challenging and inspiring
• Be proactive in addressing areas of weakness through CPD.
• Have great interpersonal skills in order to contribute to the team spirit at the preschool.

This role offers flexible hours with opportunities to grow!
We’re offering a base contract of around 10 hours per week during term time, perfect for those seeking a balanced schedule. In addition, you’ll have the chance to take on extra hours throughout the year—up to 11–12 hours per week—bringing your total to as much as 21–22 hours weekly.
There may also be exciting opportunities to gain additional hours in other areas of our school, giving you variety and room to expand your role.
