Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with additional practice rights to conduct litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex childcare cases and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice and representation in childcare law matters.
- Conduct litigation and advocacy in family courts.
- Manage a varied caseload, including care proceedings and safeguarding issues.
- Work collaboratively with social care professionals and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
