Summary
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
Opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor who's looking to progress to senior within the next 12-18 months to join a reputable business who operate as both a sub-contractor and a fit-out contractors. You will be working on projects and packages such as interior fit outs (commercial and residential), glass partitioning, outside architecture, facades and building envelopes.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Open to travel within London and the surrounding counties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Personable and friendly character to fit in with company culture.
