CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Salary: £21.37 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 39 hours per week on an alternating shift pattern:
Early Pattern:
Monday – Thursday 0530 to 1400
Friday hours - 0530 to 1300
Late Pattern:
Monday – Thursday 1330 to 2200
Friday Hours - 1230 to 2000
Saturday hours: 0800 to 1700
Sunday hours: 0800-1600
Location: Hinkley Point C, Somerset, TA5 1UD

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Hinkley Point C, Somerset, TA5 1UD. This is a full time role working 39 hours per week, on an alternating shift pattern.
As Cleaning Supervisor, you will assist the Soft Services Lead in taking full responsibility for the delivery of the following services: Cleaning Services & General Duties, the Cleaning Supervisor must possess good communication skills and the ability to manage and organise their team as well as ensuring that good customer relationships are maintained. With the support of the Soft Services Lead you will ensure that clear and concise operating procedures are in place to cover all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead and develop a multi skilled team to meet both the client and operational demands.
To ensure that robust procedures and processes are in place and adhered to to maintain staffing levels appropriate to contractual requirements.
To assist the Soft Services Lead in managing the departmental budget.
To assist the Soft Services Lead in the collating of monthly and annual reports for ultimate submission to the client outlining; activities, achievements and general operational performance for the reporting period.
To assist with the mobilisation of new services in line with G4S Development review and performance management policies.
To liaise regularly with the senior management team in daily activities, providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
To carry out a regular cleaning audit.
Essential Criteria:
Able to develop a quick and in-depth understanding of the contract requirements and obligations relating to the relevant service lines.
The ability to allocate & monitor workloads according to the contract demands.
Good people management skills and experience in managing a team.
Excellent IT skills.
A working knowledge of corporate systems.
Project/Change management skills would also be an advantage
