What is the job role?

Join our dedicated team at Castle Wood, a vibrant special needs school supporting 167 pupils aged 3 to 11 with a range of needs, including PMLD, SLD, ASD, and complex behavioural challenges. We're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

We have two positions available. One is to start as soon as possible, and the other is for after Christmas.

The position is from 15.00pm to 18.00pm Monday to Friday.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic, committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Ideally experienced in cleaning within a similar environment
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, and can build positive working relationships with colleagues and the wider school community
