Summary
Support Worker
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred support within a supported living environment in the Redruth area. This role involves working directly in the client’s home, supporting daily living, independence, and wellbeing.
What We Offer:
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Pay rate of £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
• Varied shift patterns with different shift times across the week, including some night shifts
Requirements:
• Relevant support work certificates - Safegurding, Manual Handling, First Aid, Epilepsy, Managing Challenging Behaviour, Medication, Basic Life Support
• Enhanced Adult DBS (current or willing to obtain)
