Summary
Lead the delivery of cyber security systems, infrastructure, and services for all Innovate customers and stakeholders. Manage customer endpoint services throughout their lifecycle. Achieve and maintain our security certifications e.g. Cyber Essentials Plus, whilst considering future standards like NCSC CAF Contribute to the specification, design, development, and implementation of our technology strategy to support Innovate and its customers. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical specialists to ensure Innovate has the right skills for current and future technology platforms. Maintain hands-on knowledge and skills in cybersecurity systems, infrastructure, services, and next-generation technologies. Develop expertise in a range of endpoint devices, considering diverse customer needs. Ensure secure, integrated Network Access Control across Acute, Out of Hospital, and Primary Care sectors. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with technology platforms and services. Collaborate with the technology team and wider business to agree on the design and implementation of a holistic process of continual service improvement Manage and develop relationships with third party suppliers Drive the Security and Endpoint technology team to excel in a dynamic environment, aiming to maximise their contribution to tasks and resource commitments. Ensure that service improvement and excellence are seamlessly incorporated into our organisational culture. Comprehensive endpoint management, including but not limited to pre-order activities, build, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, with an emphasis on zero-touch deployment. Complete cybersecurity management to ensure the security of customers, endpoints, networks, and services, which includes endpoint patching health, vulnerability scanning, and extensive anti-malware systems, processes, and services. Administration of immutable backup servers and services, encompassing capacity management and systematic testing. Management of extensive endpoint replenishment programs. Daily leadership and management of the Security and Endpoint team responsible for delivering technology and infrastructure platforms to Innovate and its customers.
