Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the marketing strategy that supports company goals (brand awareness, acquisition, retention).
Oversee multi‐channel marketing campaigns (online & offline), budgeting, and vendor relationships.
Manage cross‐functional projects among digital marketing, content, product, and operations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
Track and report on KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly.
Requirements / Skills
Minimum 4‐5 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience across digital marketing, branding, customer acquisition, and retention.
Good analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data.
Excellent communication, project management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
