What’s the purpose of role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Clerk to support our catering operations at London Stansted Airport. You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with airline and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation including flight schedules, catering orders, and delivery notes.
- Liaise with airline representatives and internal teams to ensure catering requirements are met.
- Support logistics planning for meal production and including coordination with drivers and fleet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and aviation security regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and reporting.
- Accountable & responsible for ensuring all airline requirements, briefs & knowledge is disseminated and achieved within the service delivery function
- Search & Seal of items to be loaded
- Loading and unloading Vehicle security checks with documentation signed and collated.
- Dispatching of flights in correct order and timeframe to ensure safe distribution for our airline activity.
- Keeping all dock related and regulated certification signed and collated and presented back to the SD operations team.
- Controlling of dock area compliance, taking onboard all area activity to make sure employees are working in a safe environment
