Summary
Monitoring and Supervision Stay awake for the entire shift to ensure individuals are safe. Carry out regular welfare checks (e.g., hourly or as required). Monitor sleep patterns, behaviours, and nighttime risks. 2. Personal Care Support Assist with toileting, continence care, repositioning, and hygiene needs. Support individuals who wake during the night feeling distressed, confused, or anxious.
