Summary
Hours: Flexible with days/nights but hours need to be 8am - 8pm & 8pm - 8am
Pay Rate: £20ph weekdays and £30per hour weekends

You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care who can confidently hit the ground running.
Role Requirements:
We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:
Spinal Injury
Bowel management - intensive bowel management
Bladder washout
Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
Essential Criteria:
Must be fluent in English – this is a specific request from the client’s family
Proven experience in a complex care role
Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)
Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
Self employed or willing to register
