Senior Nurse (RGN)| Nursing Home | Up to £23 per hour | Day Shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
- Strong background in nursing homes or elderly care settings
- Proven clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practice
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
- Provide expert clinical guidance and act as a role model to colleagues
- Oversee medication management, care planning, and safeguarding practices
- Carry out clinical audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Work closely with residents and families to promote dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life
