Summary
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and driven hospital pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team at University Hospitals Dorset as our Deputy Lead for Medicine, specialising in Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Renal.
This role is being offered as a job share. Full-time and part-time working hours will be considered.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a clinical pharmacy service to patients across the specialty. Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team as needed your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the maximum efficacy, safety, and value for money of drug therapy, while demonstrating professional accountability in enhancing patient care.
Weekend shifts 1 in 5 (either Saturday or Sunday) and approximately one Bank Holiday shift per year.
This role requires GPhC Registration.
Base Location: Cross site working at Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital

The job role includes working on a weekend daytime and weekday late night service are part of a rota.
