Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Office Cleaner tomaintaining cleanliness and housekeeping on the plant areaswhere you will be joining the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team based in Manchester, Carrington M31.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This will be a Permanent role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm to start in January 2026. Face-to-face interviews will be held on Wednesday 17th & Thursday 18th December 2025

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning of internal & external communal areas including lobby, stairs, hallways & landings.
  • Ensuring courtyards, paths, carparks and bins are also cleaned which will involve litter picking.
  • Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including window sills within easy reach
  • Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning staff facilities including kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Deep, clinical and reactive cleaning as required
  • Report any required repairs or maintenance works

Key requirements will include :

  • Own Vehicle essential ** due to location
  • Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important
  • Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
