Summary

Core Group is seeking General Site Operatives to support the manufacturing and installation of high-quality outdoor structures and play environments.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with manufacturing and installing play equipment

  
  

• Carry out manual outdoor work (erecting equipment, basic groundworks, landscaping tasks)

  
  

• Support the Site Foreman with day-to-day site tasks

  
  

• Follow all health & safety requirements

  
  

• Keep site areas and vehicles clean and tidy

  
  

• Maintain high standards of workmanship

  
  

  What They’re Looking For

  • Experience working outdoors in all weather

    
    

  • Knowledge of landscaping, fencing, or groundworks

    
    

  • Woodwork/carpentry experience (desirable)

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

    
    

  • Confident using tools and machinery

    
    

  • Strong teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

    
    

  • Ability and willingness to stay away Monday–Friday for site work across the UK (occasionally overseas)
