A leading organisation within the aerospace and engineering sector is seeking a highly proactive DMU Integrator to join their expanding PLM and digital engineering team. About the Role
In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of 3D Digital Mock Up (DMU) models. You will support integration activities across major programmes, collaborating with partners and internal teams to maintain reliable product data.
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance and validate the DMU through accurate data exchange.
• Perform quality checks on DMU data and the wider technical environment.
• Ensure all integrations comply with business and engineering rules.
• Create, link and cleanse data within the DMU product structure.
• Manage the transfer of DMU data between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support collaborative engineering activities through robust data quality.
What You Will Bring
• HND or Engineering degree.
• Experience with CATIA V5 (design or integration).
• Experience in DMU clash detection.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisational and information synthesis ability.
Desirable Experience
• Understanding of product structure, configuration management or assembly design.
• Familiarity with clash analysis tools such as TrendV5, Context Builder, NoVo desk or 3DJuump.
• Exposure to engineering issue management tools used in aircraft design.
